Job Description

As a Change Manager you will manage the peopledependent aspects of projects and programs focusing on reducing implementation time minimizing resistance and supporting people through the change journey. You will assess organizational changes impact on Enterprise IT and Business projects and implement plans for successful transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational change management (OCM) for the software rollout program.
• Develop and execute OCM plans across business units and regions.
• Conduct readiness assessments communication plans stakeholder analysis impact assessments and training needs analysis.
• Create change networks and support users through the change journey.
• Develop new ways of working to help users transition to their target state.
• Monitor and control OCM plan execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for OCM topics across the program.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for communications training and testing.
• Address and resolve issues and risks related to OCM.

Qualifications:

• Experience in organizational change management with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle in automotive industrial or electronics settings.
• Experience creating and executing OCM plans.
• Change management experience with at least 5 years in complex global programs.
• Change management certification (APMG or PROSCI) is desirable.
