About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its executive team. This dynamic role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and acting as a key support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a force multiplier, taking ownership of various projects and ensuring the company's efficiency and growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating strategic initiatives, managing special projects, supporting external partnerships, conducting research, and overseeing internal communications. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in analyzing business metrics, identifying operational bottlenecks, and working to resolve them. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent operational roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in high-growth startups. The role requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, an anything it takes attitude, and experience or interest in the healthcare industry, particularly in provider workflows and behavioral health. Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, Excel, and other project management tools is also necessary.
