Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As a Collections Representative you will be responsible for notifying or locating customers with delinquent accounts and attempting to secure payments. At NFM, this is accomplished by using outstanding customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to details. If you have a knack for creative problem solving and providing timely customer satisfaction, this is the job for you!
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
• Answer: Provide a world-class customer service experience via phone or written format
• Resolve: Understand customer needs and use all tools available in order to find the right solution
• Negotiate: Work with customers to determine payment terms
• Unravel: Fix complex issues via working with credit bureaus, collections agencies, customer service and/or managers

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience with collection of consumer debts
• Skip tracking background preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
