Job Description:

Our growing company is in need of a strong detail-oriented Corporate Coordinator. This position will provide general support across many departments as needed inside the Mesa Corporate Office. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between all Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and all employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling ELT expenses
  • Managing calendar events, lunches, meetings, and other required tasks
  • Greet visitors and manage visitor log, answer in coming phone calls (low volume)

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills, with a track record of effectively juggling multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Superior communication abilities, enabling professional interactions across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
  • An adaptable professional demeanor prepared to adjust to evolving project requirements and operational challenges
  • Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously and as an integral member of a team
  • May be required to work a flexible schedule to meet project requirements or deadlines
  • Must pass a drug test, physical, and background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving policy
  • 5 years of data entry or related office experience
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, and copier
