Job Title: Sr EDiscovery Lead Product Manager

Role Overview: The EDiscovery Lead Product Manager will play a critical role in supporting an advanced eDiscovery team facilitating comprehensive reviews of unstructured digital data for regulatory business units and aiding in legal investigations and discovery processes during litigation. This position emphasizes the strategic implementation and use of RelativityOne features data management and collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders to optimize platform efficiency and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and facilitate effective collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision strategy and detailed roadmap including the deployment and enhanced utilization of RelativityOne features and other eDiscovery processing solutions.

• Business Domain Understanding: Develop an indepth understanding of focused business domains and relevant data sets to inform strategic decisions and feature enhancements.

• Current Capabilities Assessment: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of current capabilities and work with business and technology partners to assess challenges and opportunities aiming to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.

• ProductLed Growth: Implement productled growth and usercentric best practices spearheading change management and prioritization in alignment with strategic goals.

• Product Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog balancing user and stakeholder needs while guiding the product development lifecycle.

• CrossFunctional Engagement: Engage with business engineering and vendor teams to clarify functional specifications resolve issues and streamline feature deployment.

• Business Case Development: Coordinate with stakeholders to develop new business cases own business case documentation and ensure meticulous progression through all review phases to approval and implementation.

• Tool and Platform Oversight: Oversee the design development and deployment of eDiscovery processing tools and platforms enhancing internal capabilities and integration with external systems.

• Data Management: Drive data management and archive management.

• Workflow Evolution: Collaborate with other product teams to evolve eDiscovery and Investigative workflows from data collection through production.

• Exceptional collaboration abilities facilitating seamless interactions across diverse business and technology teams.

• Experience with Financial Services and eDiscovery applications including managing RelativityOne deployments and developing internal eDiscovery solutions.

• Knowledge of EDRM and matter lifecycle management is preferred.

• Familiarity with Jira AHA and PowerBI is highly preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed and actionable roadmap for the phased deployment of RelativityOne features and internal eDiscovery processing solutions ensuring alignment with both shortterm needs and longterm strategic goals.

• Serve as a liaison among various stakeholder groups including regulatory units IT legal and compliance teams to ensure a holistic approach to platform development and integration.

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback update progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet the evolving demands of the business environment.
