Join our dynamic team in the RV and Marine industry as a Finance and Insurance Manager, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating financing and insurance solutions for our customers. This position combines financial expertise with customer service excellence to ensure a seamless purchasing experience tailored to the unique needs of recreational vehicle and marine enthusiasts.

Schedule:

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Solutions Management:
- Guide customers through financing options tailored to RV and marine purchases.
- Collaborate with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms and streamline approval processes.
- Presents financial products such as service contracts, paint and fabric protection, tire protection, roadside protection, insurance, and other products designed to protect our customers and their investments
Insurance Coordination:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage for RVs, boats, and related equipment.
- Facilitate insurance applications and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
Sales Support and Training: - Partner with sales team members to integrate finance and insurance options into sales training.
- Conduct training sessions to educate sales staff on finance products, promoting cross-functional knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Compliance and Documentation: - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to finance and insurance transactions.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all finance and insurance transactions.
Customer Relationship Management: - Build rapport with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance matters promptly and professionally.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track key performance metrics such as finance penetration rates, product penetration, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to management on finance and insurance department performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., F&I Certification) preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in finance and insurance management within the RV, Marine, automotive, or related industries.
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to RV and marine sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven industry.
- Maintain a valid Notary Public is required
- Must have at the time of hire, and maintain throughout employment, a valid driver's license with no major infractions.
- A background check and drug screening must be successfully completed.
Other Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Include:
- Knowledge of bank rates and lender status is required.
- Ability to plan, schedule and assign work and instruct staff.
- Ability to crawl, reach, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and /or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Attention to detail is critical for this position. Must be able to meet deadlines, as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible, since schedules and business requirements can change without advance notice.
- Ability to work overtime on short notice or no notice, and travel out-of-town, sometimes overnight, on occasion.
- Ability to operation personal computer, printer, fax and mobile phone.
- Participate on company teams as appropriate to ensure integration of activities.
- Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Ability to work with individuals external to the organization, especially customers.
