This is a part-time, remote position based in New York City or San Francisco, with some travel required.The Role Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve a large seed round.Identify, engage, and secure commitments from key investors, leveraging networks and relationships.Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to craft compelling investment narratives and position the company for sustainable growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the company's vision.Drive long-term value creation by aligning fundraising efforts with strategic business objectives.Leverage deep expertise in fundraising and a proven track record of closing significant funding rounds to deliver results. What they are looking for: Extensive experience raising $20 million or more for tech or beauty startups, with a strong track record across multiple successful fundraising rounds.Well-established connections with venture capitalists, angel investors, and strategic partners specializing in tech and beauty sectors.In-depth knowledge of the technology and/or beauty industries, with expertise in navigating emerging markets and innovative business models.Skilled in designing and executing fundraising strategies that align investor interests with organizational objectives.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in leading complex negotiations and securing favorable outcomes.Expertise in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and managing due diligence processes.
