The Allard Center YMCA is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable Wellness Coach with a current personal training certification (preferred but not required) and CPR?AED certification (will provide if not current) to supervise our Wellness Center part-time during the weekend.

Join our team of fitness professionals and take the next step in your career as a Wellness Coach! Help our members reach their goals in a welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment. The Wellness Coach will be responsible for conducting new member coaching sessions, helping to create and facilitate various wellness challenges, incentives, and programs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in our Wellness Center.

Availability Monday - Friday 5am - 8pm and weekends

Preferred shifts early morning, and evenings
