What You'll Do:

- Advise borrowers on their financial status and payment options.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- File loan applications and handle supporting documents.
- Develop referral networks to find new loan prospects.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in finance, banking, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial and lending practices.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
