Currently our client are on lookout for Marketing & PR Manager to join their fast growing team and assist 2 of their customers within financial sector.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the marketing plan and budget
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies
  
• Prepare all marketing materials and promotions, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders on the creative concept and messaging
  
• Proactively seek and implement innovative ideas for lead generation marketing
  
• Create, proofread, and publish compelling content across various digital channels, including the website, media outlets, and social media platforms.
  
• Implement a robust digital marketing strategy, including display advertising and content marketing.
  
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality marketing materials, including banners, images, and other promotional assets
  
• Work with the events team to ensure branding and message alignment for trade show participation and sponsorships.
  
• Curate and manage marketing and sales materials, including website content, brochures, and presentations, to ensure maximum brand exposure across all channels.
  
• Set up performance dashboards to monitor and analyze monthly KPIs and marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance product visibility, awareness, and interest in the market
  
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with industry stakeholders
  

• Understand the financial services landscape, especially the electronic money and fin-tech sectors
  
• Proficiency in advertising on relevant platforms (social media, media outlets)
  
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize partnerships for maximum performance
  
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance-oriented marketing
  
• Friendly, passionate, and energetic attitude, with fluency in English
