This position is Full or Part-Time and starts at $15 per hour and will be working specifically with our cut fruit program Shifts for the FT position consist of 7a-3p Shifts for the PT position consist of 10a-6p OR 11a-7p COME WORK WITH THE COOLEST HUMANS IN TOWN! Core Store is our all-around-the-store position! You'll be involved in the Produce and Bulk Departments and help to make our store amazing!
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Love making all of our displays beautiful - abundantly stocked, organized, and expertly merchandised
- Enjoy working with our produce as they receive, cull, stock, rotate, and prep with finesse
Staff at Healthy Living enjoy: Generous store discount: 20% off center store items and cafe, 30% off wellness, 20% off wine, and 10% off beer
Full-time staff accrue 2 weeks PTO, 3 weeks after 1 year of service
Part-time staff accrue up to 56 hours of sick time a year
Health Insurance, for single health benefits employee pays 25%, company pays 75%. For employee plus one or family the split is 50/50
For full-time staff - 401(k): 100% vested from day one! Employer match: 100% match of the first 3% of the staff member's contribution. 50% match on the staff member's contribution above 3% and up to 5%.
