We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Owner with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Your ability to analyze technical specifications, understand complex requirements, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

What you will do:

• Product Vision & Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy. 
• Requirements Gathering : Work with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements. 
• Backlog Management : Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 
• Technical Analysis: Review and analyze technical specifications, system integrations, and data flows to ensure feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and addressing any concerns. 
• Agile Leadership : Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure the team delivers on commitments. 
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Documentation : Create, update, and maintain internal technical documentation of products and processes.

What we are looking for:

• Experience : 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technical environment. 
• Technical Skills : Understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and system integrations to effectively communicate with development teams. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Analytical Mindset : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions. 
• Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Agile Expertise : Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams. 
• Customer Focus : Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering products that solve real user problems.
• Industry Experience : Experience in marketing and digital media is a plus.

Education/Training:

• BA/BS Degree in STEM or quantitative field is required.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe). 
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Domo).

Work Environment/Benefits

• Position is onsite at the corporate office with the potential of one day/week remote work following three months of employment. 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. 
• Standard work week - 40 hours; however, employees may be required to work additional time necessary to meet deadlines and complete projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects

• Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
