• Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their housing preferences and requirements
• Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful property sales
• Provide valuable insights on the local housing market to prospective buyers in Palos Verdes, CA
• Adhere to the team's strategic plan for effective real estate operations
