Overview:

AGM Benefit Solutions is looking for an EDI Analyst. This position will collect and analyze incoming data, and distribute outgoing to the appropriate parties. We are seeking a focused individual, organized and able to juggle multiple competing priorities while interacting with internal and external parties. Employee benefit and/ or Selerix software experience are a HUGE plus.

This team is based out of Dallas, TX, but functions remote. We are open to hiring outside of Dallas for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:
  • Compile client census data, reconcile and upload
  • Plan and implement all needed data feeds, billing reports, client requested reports
  • Coordinate and complete incoming and outgoing payroll integrations
  • Troubleshoot any issues with existing data feeds, including with internal team members
  • Effectively communicate technical strategies and any issues and problems to non-technical clients
  • Balance competing priorities on multiple projects
  • Write scripts and provide technical support for case building team
  • As needed reports
  • Identify areas for process improvements and/or correct deficiencies in the current process
  • Must work well independently and consistently meet deadlines

Qualifications:
  • Some programming experience highly preferred. (jscript)
  • Employee benefits industry experience preferred
  • Selerix BenSelect software experience preferred
  • **experience in ONE of the previous required** (Selerix BenSelect software, employee benefits industry, jscript)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Team player
