Position Overview:
You'll play a pivotal role in representing within the K12 education community. Your primary objective will be to integrate seamlessly into the educational landscape, promoting value proposition and brand to secure opportunities within the K12 industry. By fostering relationships and leveraging your network, you'll facilitate engagements that enable our team to demonstrate how our master facilities planning and improvement services contribute to equitable educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture a robust network within the K-12 education sector
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective K-12 clients
Collaborate Analysts to identify and qualify target opportunities
Actively participate in K-12 conferences, conventions, workshops, and committees
Generate referrals from your professional network
Initiate 5-10 meaningful interactions with target districts on a weekly basis
Conduct introductory calls to familiarize target districts with
Facilitate initial meetings and kickoffs alongside Planning Executives
Facilitate smooth handover of development responsibilities to theteam
Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities within the region
Qualifications:
Previous experience in educational leadership within PK-12 settings
Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset in all interactions
Proven track record of building partnerships with constituents or clients
Strong reputation within educational circles and professional organizations
Extensive network of relationships within the public PK-12 sector
Additional Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and connect with clients effectively
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Collaborative team player willing to contribute across various tasks
