Seeking a Spray Painter to join the manufacturing team focused on the production of high-quality eyewear in Lake Forest, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in similar role and possess expertise in various painting techniques and equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Apply paint to sunglasses frames using handguns, spray pumps, and two-component paints.Ensure the proper preparation of surfaces before painting, including cleaning and masking.Maintain and operate spray painting equipment in compliance with safety standards.Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with team members to optimize painting processes and achieve production targets.Maintain a clean and organized work area. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum of 6 months experience in spray painting within a manufacturing setting.Proficient in the use of handguns, spray pumps, and two-component paints.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a painting environment.Visual acuity with the ability to work with small parts, differentiate similar colors, and adjust focus.Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.What's in this for you?
