Job Description

Are you passionate about educating others and have a strong background in software programming? We are looking for a technically proficient individual to join our Education team. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients worldwide to ensure they leverage our software applications to their fullest potential: Platform Capabilities, Blaze Advisor, and Decision Management Platform Streaming.

What You'll Do:

Deliver comprehensive training on Platform capabilities and related software to clients globally.
Develop curriculum, including technical training materials and lab exercises, to support new software products and updates.
Collaborate with our Education Director and Product Management teams to create effective technical courses.
Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring high-quality content that meets educational objectives.
Handle classroom and technical setup, troubleshooting, and client interactions during training sessions.
Document training outcomes and client feedback, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in Object Oriented Programming or related fields (MS preferred).
Familiarity with SaaS and Distributed Programming.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to independently research, design, and deliver curriculum.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (40-70% of the time).
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Business Rules Management systems, Operations Research, and Predictive Analytics is advantageous.
Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Groovy is desired.
